Wheelhouse Foundation is proud to announce the launch of a new FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC) team in the DFW area for the 2026-2027 season, providing students with hands-on experience in engineering and robotics.
The team will be mentored by experienced engineers and educators, offering students the opportunity to design, build, and program their own robots. This initiative aims to inspire the next generation of innovators and problem-solvers in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM).
The launch of this FRC team is part of Wheelhouse Foundation's ongoing commitment to fostering STEM education and providing students with real-world applications of their classroom learning. The team will participate in regional competitions, culminating in the chance to compete at the 2026 - 2027 FRC World Championship in Houston, TX.
